‍
This website and mobile app are owned and operated by Endor Health Inc. ("Endor Health," "we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any linked policies (such as our Privacy Policy and any deferred-payment terms presented at checkout).

If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1 – What Endor Health Is (and Is Not)
Endor Health operates a technology platform that helps you access:

  • Pharmacy services provided by independently licensed Partner Pharmacies in British Columbia, Ontario, and Alberta; and
  • Care provider and prescriber consults provided by licensed nurse practitioners and other Authorized Healthcare Prescribers.

Endor Health is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medications, and does not practise medicine or nursing. Pharmacy services are provided by, and are the responsibility of, the Partner Pharmacy. Clinical services are provided by, and are the professional responsibility of, the treating licensed provider. Endor Health does not direct, override, or interfere with the professional judgment of any pharmacist or prescriber.

The Service is available only to users located in provinces where we operate. Services and product availability may differ by province.

2 – Eligibility & Permitted Use
You confirm that you:

  • are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor; and
  • will provide accurate information about yourself.

You may not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting viruses or malicious code, collecting or misusing personal information, or interfering with the Service's security or functionality.

3 – Care Provider & Prescriber Consults
Consults are offered through the Service and may be provided free of charge or for a fee, as disclosed to you before you book or begin the consult.

  • No guaranteed outcome. A consult does not guarantee that a prescription, product, or particular treatment will be provided. The provider exercises independent professional judgment based on your care and applicable standards of practice.
  • Fees are for the service. Any consult fee is charged for the professional service itself and is not contingent on purchasing any product or on a prescription being issued or dispensed. Consult fees are not referral fees or inducements to use any particular pharmacy.
  • Not for emergencies. The Service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
  • Scope. Consults are available only where the provider is licensed and only within their scope of practice and applicable provincial virtual-care standards.

4 – Pharmacy Services Through Partner Pharmacies
When you request pharmacy services, Endor Health coordinates with a Partner Pharmacy in your province, which fills and dispenses your prescription and is responsible for the pharmacy care you receive. Your relationship for the dispensing of medication is with the Partner Pharmacy. Endor Health does not receive or pay any inducement, kickback, or fee that is prohibited by applicable pharmacy legislation or professional regulation in exchange for directing patients or prescriptions.

5 – General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time, at our discretion, subject to applicable law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.

6 – Accuracy & Reliability
Content on the Service is for general information only and is not medical advice. It may not be current or complete, and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. We reserve the right to modify the Service at any time without obligation to update content.

7 – Prices & Modifications
Product and consult prices may change without notice. We may suspend, discontinue, or alter the Service without liability to you or any third party, subject to applicable law and to orders or consults already accepted.

8 – Products & Services
Products and services may be available only online or in limited quantities, may have descriptions or images that do not exactly match the delivered item, and may be subject to limits or restrictions at our discretion or that of the Partner Pharmacy. All sales are subject to our Return Policy and to applicable pharmacy rules on the return of medications and medical devices.

9 – Billing, Payments & Deferred Payment (BNPL)
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information and to promptly update your details (including email and payment information) so we can complete transactions.

Deferred payment / Buy-Now-Pay-Later. We may offer a deferred-payment or buy-now-pay-later ("BNPL") option at checkout. If you choose it:

  • The specific payment schedule, amounts, any applicable fees, and the identity of any third-party payment/BNPL provider will be disclosed to you at checkout and are governed by the separate deferred-payment terms presented at that time, which you must accept to use the option.
  • Deferred payment is available only to users who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.
  • We and/or our BNPL provider may decline a deferred-payment request at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
  • Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension of the option and collection of the outstanding balance in accordance with the applicable deferred-payment terms and applicable consumer-protection law.

We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion and will attempt to notify you using your contact information.

10 – Third-Party Services & Links
We may provide tools and links to third-party services (including payment, BNPL, and Partner Pharmacy systems) "as is," without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content, and your interactions with them are at your own risk. Review their terms and privacy policies before engaging.

11 – User Content & Feedback
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt any comments, suggestions, or materials ("Content") you submit to us, without compensation. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not infringe others' rights or contain malicious code.

12 – Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is entirely secure. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13 – Errors & Omissions
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, even after an order is placed. We are not obliged to update information unless required by law.

14 – Mobile Messaging Service
By opting into our SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receive recurring messages, including transactional and marketing alerts, at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by texting STOP to +1-833-315-2197. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and other applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your mobile data.

15 – Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to violate laws or regulations; harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; distribute harmful or misleading content; or attempt unauthorized access or disrupt operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use if you breach these Terms.

16 – Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, or excludes any liability or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These limitations do not apply to the professional services provided by a Partner Pharmacy or a treating provider, which remain the responsibility of that party.

17 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endor Health, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

18 – Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

19 – Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination (including outstanding deferred-payment balances) survive.

20 – Entire Agreement
These Terms and any linked policies, including any deferred-payment terms you accept at checkout, represent the entire agreement between you and Endor Health, superseding prior understandings.

21 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws, except that mandatory consumer-protection and health laws of your province of residence continue to apply to you. You agree to submit to the courts of Ontario for any disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree in writing (e.g., through arbitration).

22 – Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. For material changes, we will endeavor to notify registered users via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
