This website and mobile app are owned and operated by Endor Health Inc. (“Endor Health,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

8 – User Content & Feedback

You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt any comments, suggestions, or materials (“Content”) you submit to us, without compensation. However:

  • We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not infringe on others’ rights or contain malicious code.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your data, but no system is entirely secure. By using our Service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

10 – Errors & Omissions

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, even after an order is placed. We are not obliged to update information unless required by law.

11 – Mobile Messaging Service

By opting into our SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receive recurring messages, including marketing and transactional alerts, at the number you provide.

13 – Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any damages — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — except where prohibited by law. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

14 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endor Health, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, or costs arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of laws or third-party rights

15 – Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

16 – Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Your obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive.

17 – Entire Agreement

These Terms and any linked policies represent the entire agreement between you and Endor Health, superseding prior understandings.

18 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any disputes, unless otherwise agreed to in writing (e.g., through arbitration).

19 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. For material changes, we will endeavor to notify registered users via email or pop-up notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
