  • Authorized Healthcare Prescriber: A licensed healthcare professional authorized to prescribe medications.
  • Personal Health Information (PHI): Information about your health, healthcare services, or payment for services that can identify you.
  • Personal Information (PI): Information about you that can identify you, including PHI.

2. Application

This policy applies to all users of the Endor Health app and our pharmacy delivery services in Canada.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary information to:

  • Provide pharmacy and delivery services.
  • Verify your identity and prescription.
  • Contact you regarding your medications and services.
  • Improve and maintain our app and services.

We do not record audio or video of consultations.

4. Consent

We collect, use, and disclose your information only with your consent, which may be express or implied depending on the circumstances.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

5. Use and Disclosure of Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide you with medications and related services.
  • Communicate with your authorized healthcare providers.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance and improve services.

We may disclose information to third-party service providers (e.g., IT, cloud hosting, payment processing) who assist us in delivering services.

Some of these providers may be located outside Canada. If so, your information may be subject to foreign laws and accessible to foreign authorities. We use contractual and technical measures to protect your information wherever it is processed.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain your PHI for at least 10 years from the date of last use, or longer if required by applicable provincial health privacy laws.

Non-health personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

When no longer required, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

7. Minors

Our services are intended for individuals capable of providing valid consent for healthcare in their province of residence.

Where a minor uses our service, we may require parental or guardian consent, unless the minor is deemed capable of consenting under applicable laws.

8. Safeguards

We implement physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

9. Breach Notification

If a breach of security safeguards occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the relevant privacy commissioner(s) as required by law.
