Shipping and Returns


Endor Health does not accept returns of any prescription medication, medical supplies, sensors or pump accessories like infusion sets, cartridges/reserves.

For other OTC products, customers may return them for a full refund with 90 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return freight. Customers who receive a product shipped due to Endor Health’s error will receive a full refund or exchange.

How long does it take for my order to be sent?

Most of the time and subject to product availability, orders are shipped the next business day. Shipping can be as soon as same-day if you’re within the expanded Greater Toronto Area, and 1-3 days for metropolitan areas in the rest of Canada. You can track the status of your order using tracking links provided in the Endor Health app and e-mail notifications.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you aren’t available to receive your delivery, you’ll be prompted to follow instructions on your tracking page to make arrangements with our logistics partner to re-try delivery or get your package at a nearby pick-up location.

Does someone have to sign for deliveries?

Provincial laws in Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI require us to collect signatures upon delivery from the individual who ordered the medication or their designated agent. In all other provinces, you can choose whether or not you’d like to require a signature.

Is it safe to ship insulin or other temperature-sensitive medications?

Yes, it is safe because we take significant precautions. We ship insulin in temperature-controlled packaging that will keep products within their target range for the duration of it shipment, and we only ship cold-chain products using the fastest available method.

Can I ship to a different location?

Yes, you can choose the shipping destination for each order you place. Simply confirm the shipping address during checkout and that is where the shipment will be sent.

Can you ship medication internationally to me while I’m travelling?

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Can I return the products I ordered?

All of our products including prescription items, medical devices and OTC products are final sale.
